Effective CRM for real estate agency
Abstract
Purpose: the authors identify the most important selection criterions of effective CRM for real estate agency and evaluate CRM systems for real estate agencies in the Russian market. Discussion: the selection and implementation of effective CRM for real estate agencies is significantly different from its use in other business spheres. According to authors, the absence of CRM selection criterions leads to low effectiveness in the use of CRM in real estate agencies. Results: the authors proposed the selection criterions of effective CRM for real estate agency and assessed the most popular CRM on the Russian market. In addition, the writers made recommendations for gradual effective implementation and use of CRM.
