Staffing strategy and personnel enterprise risks
Abstract
Purpose: the author performs the research of the relationship between the staffing strategy and personnel enterprise risks, influence of personnel risk on human behavior. Discussion: the research analysis shows that the human is the most important resource of organization. The performance results and competitiveness of the organization depend on the quality, efficiency and rationality of its staff. At the same time a human is also a source of negative impacts on the enterprise. Results: author defined the relationship between personnel risk and staffing strategy, formulated the definition of personnel risk.
