Abstract

Purpose: the article substantiates the need for investments in improving the quality of human capital is argued, since they are one of the main improving factors of the structure of the staff of entrepreneurial activity. Discussion: the article substantiates the mutual orientation of the impact of investments in improving the quality of human capital and improving the structure of the staff of entrepreneurial activity, since investments in human capital provide an opportunity for its development at a qualitatively new level, and this, in turn, determines the specifics of the economic activity of the national economy. Result: justifies the need to increase the volume of investments in improving the quality of human capital in order to improve the structure of the personnel composition of entrepreneurial activity.
