Directions of development innovative-inert regions

Abstract

Purpose: the work is devoted to the systematic study of the problems of managing the innovative development of regions based on the application of a scenario approach, substantiating the direction of development of innovation-inert regions of the Russian Federation. Discussion: scenarios for managing the development of the innovation environment of the region. Strategic directions of innovative development of territories in order to increase the innovative potential of the regions and their innovative activity. Results: the article substantiates the authors' point of view on the management of the development of innovation-inert regions from the point of view of the scenario approach. The directions of development of innovation-inert regions of the North Caucasus Federal District, which include Karachay-Cherkessia, Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechnya, Ingushetia, have been substantiated.
