Diagnostics of the problems of development of small investment enterprises in the economy of the region

Abstract

Importance: among the participants in innovative development, we consider it necessary to pay special attention to small innovative enterprises. The emergence of small innovative enterprises at universities contributes to the development of both the educational institution itself and the system of higher professional education as a whole. Purpose: the article is devoted to the issues of identifying the main factors that negatively affect the activities of small innovative companies of Russian’s universities are considered in the context of the formation of the domestic economy on the innovative vector of development. Research design: the authors consider topical problems of development of small innovative enterprises at the universities of the Russian Federation. The problems facing universities and small innovative companies which impede the innovative development of knowledge-intensive business. The authors refer to the opinion of a number of authoritative researchers of this issue to representatives of small innovative enterprises created and operating at the Voronezh State University. Results: the authors propose to supplement the list of problems, overcoming which is a priority on the path of development of small innovative enterprises in the regional economy.
