Organizational aspects of production control in conditions of improving the activities of corporate organizations

Abstract

Importance: production control plays an integral role in the process of functioning of individual structural divisions of a corporate organization and must be integrated into the organizational and managerial structure of the subject of corporate relations and business processes in various forms of its implementation from preliminary to subsequent control. The presence of an effective control system will make it possible to make informed and timely decisions, increase the likelihood of achieving business goals, meet the requirements for the functioning of an economic entity in the conditions of the internal and external environment, reduce the risks of receiving fines from regulatory authorities, avoid errors and distortions of external and internal reporting, which affects the quality of the financial results of the corporate organization, increase its value, increase the confidence of shareholders, investors, creditors. Purpose: to substantiate the basic principles and highlight the functions of production control, develop a classification of its types, taking into account the selected classification features, develop control procedures in accordance with the selected classification features. Research design: to solve the tasks set, a set of measures of scientific knowledge was used, including analysis, synthesis, a systematic approach, statistical and comparative methods. Detailing the organizational aspects made it possible to substantiate the objects of production control, detail the tasks and functions of its implementation, highlight the stages and justify the sequence of its implementation. In the course of the study, previous scientific works of various authors were studied and summarized. Results: the authors of the study revealed the features of the organization of production control in organizations with a corporate form of ownership, developed a classification of types of production control in relation to aspects of the activities of corporate organizations, taking into account the peculiarities of their functioning. The main principles and functions of production control are formulated, the list of which is not limited, which allows each corporate organization to expand the list of production control functions based on the tasks assigned to it, however, all of them will be aimed at identifying and preventing adverse consequences of the corporation's activities. The selected functions of production control made it possible to group control procedures in accordance with various classification criteria.
