Organization of effective interaction of the regional markets of medical services as element of formation of strategy of management of development of the territory

Abstract

Purpose: article is devoted to a question of rendering highly skilled medical care to the population which has pronounced disproportions depending on the level of development of the country today. Discussion: in article authors use the ratings of the leading agencies made on the basis of data of World Health Organization, United Nations and World Bank which cornerstone three key indicators defining system effectiveness of health care of this or that country are. Results: results of the conducted research and these agencies Bloomberg have confirmed that today the problem of insufficient development of the regional markets of medical services and insufficient quality of delivery of health care take place to be. And it is possible to solve this problem only at interaction of the regional markets, and for this purpose it is necessary to operate the region effectively.
