Abstract

Purpose: study of innovation and investment features of the development of the Russian housing and construction complex. Discussion: the study found that the strategic model of innovative development of construction assumes the sustainability of investment and an accurate description of how to encourage the use of innovative technologies. Taking into account that the problem of the investment component of the innovative development of the construction industry is given considerable attention in the works of foreign and domestic specialists, it should be noted that the active position of the state in the development of national investment activities, including innovation and investment, is aimed, first of all, at the creation and modernization of domestic production. Results: review of government programs and projects to support the housing and construction complex in the country, assessing the current state and characteristics of the conditions for innovative development of the Russian housing and construction complex.
