Abstract

Purpose: to consider the general state of the regions from the point of view of socio-economic imbalances in interregional development. Analyze the organizational and legal principles of strategic planning of agglomerations and non-agglomeration territories in the context of integrated development. Discussion: the typology of regions from the position of unevenness of spatial-territorial dynamics is considered. New approaches and principles have been identified to the formation of mechanisms for regional management of the integrated development of territories in the context of the growth of agglomerations. Results: аnalysis of the basic principles of strategic planning and targets of regional socio-economic policies aimed at overcoming disparities in the development of different types of regions was carried out.
