Abstract

Proposed flow-injection way of defining oleic and palmitic acids in the model solutions and
sunflower oil with application of piezoelectric sensor, partially modified mediterannee polyamide acid
with molecular imprints fatty acid. Experimentally established limit of detection for oleic acid 0,14 g/dm3,
and for palmitic acid - 0,13 g/dm3. The limit of quantification and oleic palmitic acid 0.16 g/dm3 and 0.14
g/dm3 respectively.
