Abstract

The experiments to identify the possibility of using functionalized by oligosaccharides
hyperbranched poly(ethyleneimine) as a component of chromatographic (HPTLC) and electrophoretic (CE)
systems on example of separation of hydrophilic analytes (water-soluble vitamins and amino acids) were
carried out. Modification procedures of stationary phase and working electrolyte were optimized. An increase
in efficiency (2-5 times) for riboflavin-5-phosphate of sodium, lysine, glutamic acid and tryptophan was
observed (HPTLC) and the fact of dynamic modification of wall quartz capillary was found.
