Problems оf professional self-identification in the context of market economy

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the problems of professional self-identifi cation of people who are not engaged in work activity, in the context of market economy. The author illuminates optimal directions of people's professional orientation, highlighting maximum orientation towards clients' qualitative characteristics and activating person's internal resources, as well as developing his/her professional opportunities, creating personal and professional mobility.
