Economic essence of intellectual capital and the process of its accumulation

Abstract

This article deals with political and economic essence, structure and development of intellectual capital. The accumulation of intellectual capital is studied as the process of reproduction of knowledge and intellectual abilities of workers and enterprises. As the result of intellectual capital there are intellectual products that have different economic forms and value in economic activity.
