Problems of employment rehabilitation of disabled people in the Voronezh region

Abstract

Аrticle is devoted to a problem of professional rehabilitation of disabled people. Professional rehabilitation of disabled people are the actions provided by the individual program of rehabilitation of the disabled person, developed by federal state institutions taking into account specific features of a physical state and state of health of the disabled person, including vocational guidance, training and retraining, assistance in employment, production adaptation. For search of opportunities of the solution of problems in the Voronezh region the international project «Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Citizens with Limited Opportunities» works. The changes accepted by the Voronezh region duma and additions to the law of the Voronezh region on quoting of workplaces for disabled people allow to stimulate employers on the organization of special workplaces and creation of the recommended working conditions for disabled people. The individual approach, the accounting of features of disabled people and production allow to increase efficiency of professional rehabilitation.
