Social project as a system

Abstract

The social project represents the special system distinguishing them from other types of social activity. As a part of these signs: an orientation on achievement of the objectives (social development of human resources; social service of the population; social protection of the population); uniqueness of a product, service or result; limitation in time; limitation of resources; specific organizational structure; consecutive development; coordinate performance of the interconnected actions; specification of wide formulations in the course of work; uncertainty existence; an integrated approach to an assessment of result of the project; delay of effect in time; existence of a positive effect for target social groups and zero or negative effects for other social groups. This system of signs is actual at initiation of social projects, from the point of view of an assessment of their viability, efficiency and productivity.
