Common conceptions of business competition fi rst of all are represented as an interplant contest for profi t share in trade sphere. Meanwhile its economic nature is wider and consists of reproduction aspects; wide relation spectrum from severe opposition to support; interaction of different sorts of business; multiplicity of competition objects; various instruments that make socio-economic system be more integral.
