Intellectual component of labour in new models of economic development of the state

Abstract

Being based on a modern condition of human labour after reforms of a liberal direction it is offered by analogy to use of three meta-macroeconomic parameters to estimate efficiency of its intellectual component. Proportions in distribution of investments into intellectual labour, a role of business in support of long-term scientific and technical projects, the condition of education being base institute for formation of highly professional experts are discussed. The conditions necessary for their participation in becoming of innovational economy are determined.
