Employment of the population as a factor of social stability

Abstract

The article is devoted to assessing the impact of employment on social stability. Offering a definition of social stability, the authors emphasize the group of factors providing and offer the fundamental approaches to the formation of the factor model of the indicator “Level of informal employment”. Factor analysis allowed us to identify the main risk groups for which the most common aspects are informal relations in the sphere of employment, and it helped to identify indicators of the effectiveness of state efforts to minimize the size of the informal employment.
