The statistical analysis of indicators of quality of toolkit of management of the personnel

The paper is based on information of original sources of foreign authors which have investigated the issue of quality of appraising candidates by means of interview in recruitment campaign. The work presented includes a variant of classifying interview types and a list of basic indicators of its quality.
