Abstract

Article is devoted to studying of the model of education changing under the influence of technological progress which could correspond not only to modern requirements of labor market, but also could satisfy these needs in the future. Technologies have changed not only the human life, but also his labor life, having put the worker in conditions of continuous adaptation to constantly changing environment. Due to high extent of robotization and automation, first of all in labor market cognitive, personal and digital competences are demanded. Despite obvious changes, the universities as one of the most conservative fields of activity, continue to train experts with «the diploma for the life». In air there is an unsolved question on the basis of what principles future model of University 4.0 capable to satisfy requirements of labor market in the long term has to be constructed.
