Culture as important factor of successful development and placement of productive forces of the Voronezh region

Abstract

This paper assesses the current state of the sphere of culture in the Voronezh region, identified the most promising directions of development of culture for the next fifteen years. Culture is seen as an important factor in the balanced distribution of productive forces in the region.
