Abstract

In the field of agriculture there are several problems associated with low-security areas and specialists. Economic analysis has shown the problems that enterprises appropriate to carry out programs for the training and retention of potential young workers than ever to recruit young workers as the disposal is running. To address these issues in agriculture must besustainable and effective functioning of the quality of training, retraining and skills development, work with personnel reserve and rotation of staff, certified staff of agricultural enterprises.
