Institutional dynamics of the regional scientific and educational systems

Abstract

In article dynamics of scientific and educational development of regions of Russia during 20002010 is analysed. Five virtual clusters, differing on the major indicators, by a characterizing development of education and scientific activity are created. The institutional treatment of the received results, allowing to estimate results of actions of the state, the population and production sector in scientific and educational spheres of regions is offered.
