Cluster analysis of regions of the Central Federal District in terms of human capital development

Abstract

This paper proposes an expanded set of indicators to measure the level of human capital development in the region. It presents the results of cluster analysis of the Central Federal District in terms of human capital development conducted on the basis of enhanced system of indicators. Key areas of human capital development in the clusters of regions of Central Federal District are identified.
