Indicators of development and usage level of human capital of the region

Abstract

The article explains the need to complement the set of indicators that uses for diagnostic of the main problems of human capital ’s development and usage on the region level. There are the results of a survey of different groups of respondents about marks of the value of necessary indicators of development and usage of region ’s human capital, both those that fixed by official statistic and others that can be taken into account during the static accounting system ’s perfecting.
