Abstract

Ап integrated approach and the usage of innovative methods are essential circumstances of effective forecasting of social and economic processes, including the processes that take place on labour market. Basic approaches of optimization of the system of management of employment in the region on the basis of rating of tendencies of development and key problems in this sphere are given in the article.
