The development of non-standard forms of youth employment as a tool of increase of efficiency of employment
Abstract
The transformation of contemporary labor market in Russia is inevitably leading to the emergence of new, non-standard forms of employment. However, there are no reliable methods of statistical surveys allowing to assess the volume and dynamics of their extension. The author describes objective and subjective drivers of new employment extension, and provides analysis of conditions featuring development of non-standard employment in the region and influencing building of effective employment system for young specialists with higher education. The sociological data presented in the paper indicate the prospects of development of telelabour, freelance, flexible forms of employment, temporary agency work as instruments to increase efficiency of graduate employment.
