Prekarization occupation problems in estimates of the operating population

Abstract

The development of non-standardforms of employment has led to widespread global phenomenon, named «the precariat». Researchers interpret this definition from sociogroup to an independent class with unstable employment. However, neither the extent of the precarization of employment in the conditions of modern Russia nor its evaluation is notfully studied. The article proposes revised definition of the precariat, and author ’s research helps to determine attitude to the problems of precarization of employment of the working population on the example of Voronezh region.
