Abstract

The article considers the problems of vocational guidance in the Russian Federation, their causes and consequences for the employment of young people and the economy. The necessity of taking legal and practical measures for the development of national and regional systems of vocational guidance control population, suggests approaches and mechanisms of their formation. Substantiates the direction of career guidance approaches with regard to the age characteristics of the population.
