Abstract

The article suggests methodical approach to estimating the level of human capital development in the region, characterized by the use of indicators reflecting significant characteristics of people " abilities and capabilities for their implementation created in the socio-economic system of the region. Presented the results of approbation this approach on the example of the Russian Federation subjects.
