Abstract

The paper is structured analysis of fields of application of various mathematical methods and models in problems of human resource management. For the study highlighted a range of problems of management of development of the personnel. In the framework of a solution of the tasks proposed the model of neural networks and fuzzy linguistic technologies aimed at increasing efficiency used in practice in these areas of procedures and technologies.
