Abstract

In the circumstances of the demographic ageing and the human resources’ reduction the order of the day in most regions in Russia is to raise the employment’s efficiency of the people, who is in preretirement or pensionable age. On the basis of sociological and statistic information’s analysis the author of the article suggests the ways of this problem’s solution, which are based on innovation methods.
