Complex analysis of adapting of personnel in an enterprise

Abstract

This article shows possibility of complex analysis of the adaptive process of new employees. It includes objective and subjective evaluation of effectiveness of the adaptive process and investigation of the infl uencing factors. The results of application of certain elements of complex analysis in the Voronezh affi liate of a pharmaceutical company are presented.
