Abstract

In article the condition of the Russian regions and its change in economic growth of 2001-2007 is considered. A level of development of regions on indicator «index of development of human potential» and speed of its change are analysed. Private and integrated indicators of a synchronous are calculated. Ranks of regions on a parity of levels and speed of development are established.
