M&A processes efficiency and organizational modernization (case of military industry enterprises operating in Voronezh)

The article deals with effectiveness of processes of mergers and acquisitions and the reason why processes fail to reach desirable successes, especially influence of culture on these processes and the modern approach to modernization. Possibility of integration of the Voronezh enterprises of space-rocket branch with creation of concern with elements of holding and separation of branches (divisions) aimed at the markets of civil production, service of a certain kind or at the consumer of their privatization (shareholding) and access for private investors is shown. The algorithm of realization of the project is described.
