Professional orientation of population as an important condition of effective employment

Abstract

The article deals with the relationship, career guidance and quality of employment of workers. Based on analysis of survey results of graduates of vocational education and unemployed citizens prove that career guidance is a leading tool for influencing the social and labor relations major stakeholders of the labor market, the mechanism of distribution and redistribution of labor resources in areas and sectors of social production, the proposed approach to the analysis of its impact on the index employment.
