About criteria of an estimation of a control system of vocational guidance of the unemployed and its perfection

Abstract

The control system of vocational guidance on nation-wide and regional levels needs perfection. As the indication to it presence of huge army of the idle citizens having vocational training serves, at a lack of workers, especially mass trades. Thereupon, along with a choice of directions of the further development working out of indicators of an estimation of effi ciency of these actions is necessary. In offered article attempt to prove approaches to a choice of such indicators which most full characterize productivity of undertaken efforts in the given direction is undertaken. According to the author, their realization will allow to estimate more really activity of bodies of a placement service on formation of an effective control system by vocational guidance of the unemployed that in turn, will favorably be refl ected in a condition of a policy of employment of the population as a whole.
