Development of information system as a tool to improve the quality of medical and tourism services
Abstract
Importance: a complex of theoretical and methodological problems of developing an investment strategy for medical and tourism enterprises. Purpose: the article presents the author’s view on approaches to improving the information systems of the medical and tourism industries. The necessity of adapting the legal and industry specifics of information system automation into the investment strategy of enterprises and changing business processes is argued. Research design: the system of interconnection between the medical and tourism industries is considered. The trend of their interaction in the economic, legal and medical-psychological aspects. The features of economic development, including the state and prospects of the industry in the Voronezh region, are studied. Particular attention is paid to improving the quality of services provided in accordance with the existing regulatory standards of the industry, as well as the elements of improvement in the field of technical documentation, psychosomatic component, cancer awareness. Results: implementation of an information system, taking into account medical standards, tourism features and improving financial results aimed at improving the quality of services.
