Network organization risk management based on sustainability indicators
Abstract
Importance: the need for state management of the region in terms of sustainable development, the possibility of achieving sustainable development goals in the implementation of strategic planning documents for the Voronezh region. Purpose: to assess the integration of the goals and objectives of sustainable development defined in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, approved by the UN General Assembly in 2015, into the strategic planning documents of the Voronezh Region. Estimation of synchronization of documents of strategic planning of federal and regional levels. Research design: the need to take into account the concept of sustainable development in the formation of documents for the strategic development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is substantiated, 169 tasks of 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) are compared with the goals, objectives, indicators, activities and other parameters of the strategic planning documents of the Voronezh region: Strategy for socio-economic development , the Action Plan for the implementation of the Strategy, 25 state programs. Results: sustainable development is a managed development that allows you to survive, exist safely and develop successfully, despite existing and potential problems. That is why the concept of sustainable development should be taken into account in the formation of strategic documents of the state and regions. The study showed that all 17 SDGs formulated in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development are embedded in the strategic planning documents of the Voronezh Region. The embeddedness of the SDG tasks in the context of each goal ranges from 10 to 83%, which in most cases has objective reasons. Based on this, it was concluded that the strategic documents of the Voronezh region laid the foundations for sustainable development of the region.
