Human capital assets as a factor of development of innovative economy of Russia

Abstract

This article considers the role of the human capital in the development of innovation economy of Russia. In authors’ opinion, the further development of home economy is possible only on the basis of innovation way, main factors of which are systemic approach in the process of realization and dominating role of the human capital, especially investments in health and education. The role of private companies and the state in creating assets of the human capital and peculiarities of the development of innovation Russian economy on present-day stage were considered at the end of the article.
