Perfection technique of material stimulation in system of quality management activity of the research organization

Abstract

The System of payment is based on an estimation quality of work, gives the chance to workers to understand, what exactly in their activity brings desirable result of the organization, creates visible prospects of promotion and forms sensation of justice of payment of their work. It motivates workers to more high-efficiency work. In given article one of possible approaches to the decision of this problem taking into account foreign experience is offered.
