Abstract

Any consumer makes the decision on purchase under me influence of the factors of environment defining substantially motives of its behavior. For successful competition in the market of educational services the educational institution is obliged to be able to reveal the essential factors influencing behavior of consumers. «Environment» consideration allows analyzing a current state of the market of educational services, tendencies of its development, and dynamics of development of certain fields of activity.
