Abstract
The paper substantiates the growing role of brand in the goods distribution system, determined by the close interconnection of the basis processes of commodity turnover - reconstruction of the goods distribution channels and growth of the volumes of trademarks sales; singles out and discloses new factors of goods distribution channels development, stimulating their participants to organize systemic branding.
