Factors for Improvement of the Energy Efficiency in Regional Electric Grids

Abstract

A classification of the factors providing increase of energy efficiency for the region distributive electric grids is offered on the basis of a methodological approach of the theory of strategic management of transformation of economic systems. Action of technical and organizational factors is illustrated on an example of the Volgograd region.
