Abstract

In article indistinct linguistic technologies, which are offered: realize the coordination mechanism of priorities structure in hierarchical competence-based model of the expert, form matrixes of convolution of hierarchy elements on the basis of the revealed priorities and carry out business performance appraisal according to the received complex model.
