Abstract
Purpose: The article analyzes the economic impact of the Olympic Games. Based on this problem are determined promotion of tourist product using the Olympic legacy. Discussion: Olympic Games are formed event-product of the global economy attracting multimillion tourist flows and strong cash flows that make the Olympic product economically viable. When promoting the Olympic product has an incentive tourism development. Therefore Olympic product should be considered as a tourist product. He is part of the regional economy and changes the reproduction processes of regional tourism products after the Olympics, often having a positive impact on their competitiveness. Results: The author proposes optimization promotion of tourist product after the Olympics, for example, «Sochi 2014», predicting dynamic and sustainable development of tourism in the region.Downloads
