Abstract

Purpose: discuss topical aspects of improving the management of municipal real property in the modern conditions of the Russian economy. Discussion: the possibility of using a marketing approach to the management of municipal property; the necessity of building and marketing information systems for efficient use of the economic potential of municipal real estate. Result, list of online marketing tools, providing a productive interaction of subjects of management of municipal property.
