Formation of cognitive educational environment as a dominant of successful development of modern professionally mobile specialist in Russia

Abstract

Purpose: the objective of this paper is purely academic and its scope is limited to enhancement of quality of future research studies in the domains and related fields. Discussion: the article attempts to observe a number of educational establishments' issues of higher education. Results: we highlight not only the key factors and challenges of high school, but also the problem of the choice of formats, training modules, approaches, methods and technologies for the formation of students' professional competencies and, in fact, professional mobility.
