Information management system of educational activities of organizations of additional education of children

Abstract

Purpose: Article is devoted to optimization of control of educational activities of organizations of additional education of children. In the framework of informatization of education this trend of increasing interest on the part of all actors of the educational process. Discussion: the assumption that teachers of additional education of children spend a lot of time to work with information about students, attendance, their creative achievements, and create queries and reports, and information search, the authors propose the activity to automate. Results: Authors developed the management information system of educational activities of organizations of additional education of children represented a software implementation and economic evaluation of the effectiveness of the system. The results showed that the developed system allows much better to organize a system of management of educational activities of organizations of additional education of children.
