The mechanism of development of the concept of the financial relations in agro-industrial complex of the region

Abstract

Purpose: Article is devoted to questions of development of the concept of the financial relations in agrarian and industrial complex of the region, in particular developments of her teoretiko-methodical aspects, and also to disclosure of the mechanism of development of the concept. Discussion: In article authors note that at the present stage questions of formation and development of the concept of the financial relations in agrarian and industrial complex are insufficiently investigated. The problem of formation of the concept of the financial relations existing now requires the solution in connection with Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization and economic sanctions of the West against Russia. In the course of the moved research authors come to a conclusion that in the concept current trends of development of agrarian and industrial complex, the experience and processes characteristic of world agriculture have to be considered. Results: The author has developed theoretical provisions and practical recommendations about creation of the concept of the financial relations in agrarian and industrial complex of the region which can be applied during the developing of state programs and preparation of normative legal acts at the federal, regional and local levels are developed.
